awarded by  the real estate industry. He received the distinct honor
of  being the first and the only Asian in the Hall of Fame of Prince

the top 15 in overall productions among the 4,000 plus members
in the area. "It is hard work,  but enjoyable," claimed Van.  He holds
a Bachelor of Science in Economics  degree  from the Lyceum of
the Philippines.

part-time salesman,  he was consistently awarded "SALES LEADER" by his affiliates and  at the same time,
the Prince George's County Board of Realtors,  whose membership was just 3,000 plus at the time,  rated
him in the top 15 .  Before managing  his own real  estate business last year,   he had  been  continuously
honored by the PGC Board of Realtors  in  its  top 15 Award banquet  annually,   and finally was named in the
Real Estate Hall of Fame.

"These are indeed honors for which you should be proud. This recognition  reflects the professionalism and
dedication you bring to the real estate industry,"  wrote PARRIS N. GLENDENING, County Executive of Prince
George's County of Maryland.

"True wealth is not what  one  makes. It is what we do with what we make.  Real estate investment is one of
the best vehicles to multiply wealth," philosophized  Van.  In addition to  his real estate business,  he  also
owns a custom house construction company .

"For more than a decade,  Van has continuously  achieved  honors not only for himself but for the Filipinos as
well,"  observed one Filipino diplomat at the Embassy of the Philippines "He is indeed a unique person
deserving our recognition."
