With his charming wife, Gretchen, last year’s Philippine
Ambassador to the United States receives the coveted “Twenty
Outstanding Filipinos Abroad” award from current Philippine
Ambassador Willy Gaa. Ambassador del Rosario jetted in to the
Nation’s Capital and flew back to Manila the following day. In the
