JOSEF QUIROZ

Josef (Jojo) Quiroz, C.P.A., is a successful business
entrepreneur in the Midwest. He is a 2nd generation Filipino
whose business enterprises have helped thousands of
clients across America achieve their dreams of home

company, real estate, property insurance title company, life

Josef Quiroz (Jojo) has been in the Financial Services / Real Estate Industry since 1987.
He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University (NIU), with a major in accounting and business. As a
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) he worked at KPMG Peat Marwick for several years in the Real
Estate Practice.

In the 1990’s Jojo opened up his Wealth Building Company, originally focusing on the taxation and
planning for individuals, later adding on the mortgage business component in the mid 90’s. In 2000,
he ventured into real estate which was a natural fit for the business model which has already been
proven successful. In addition, Jojo and his wife, Maricel, buy properties all over the country as a
wealth building strategy which he teaches to all his clients. He has been nominated in 2007 by the
Illinois Association of Mortgage Brokers as one of the Top Owners-Producers of the Year.

He is a national mortgage broker/banker, a licensed life and health agent, and a member of the
Millionaire Dollar Round Table. He is also a member in good standing of the influential American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and other prominent organizations, such as Illinois
Association of Mortgage Brokers (IAMB), the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) and
the National Association of Fixed Annuities (NAFA). As a successful business entrepreneur, he has
also received numerous awards such as the prestigious Hall of Fame for Business in 2006 by Via
Times and the celebrated Gintong Pamana Award for Entrepreneur of the year in 2005, to name a few.

Jojo sits on the Board for Athletes Against Drugs, a national not-for-profit organization created to bring
