Dr. Francis Talangbayan was born on January 6, 1944 in
Guinyangan, Quezon, Philippines. In May 1969, he married
Cristina Estrada from Davao City, Philippines, and together they
moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They now resides in Penn
Valley, Pennsylvania they have three children, Kristine, Leizle &
April.
He is the incoming president of the Association of Philippine
Physicians in America 2008-2009.
