Dino Doliente III MBA, BSN, RN
Vice President, Nursing and Patient Care Services
Born and raised in Umingan, Pangasinan, Philippines, Dino is the
youngest of six children. His father, Rodolfo Doliente Sr., passed
away when Dino was just six months old so his mother, Leonora
Mendoza, raised her children by herself. Dino learned many life
lessons by watching the way his mother persevered through
difficult times.

After graduating from Immaculate Conception High School as
valedictorian, Dino earned his bachelors degree in Nursing from
Saint Louis University in Baguio City, Philippines. He arrived in the
United States in 1995, eventually earning a master’s degree in
Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in
Maryland.
Dino began his work in the medical field as a nursing assistant in New Jersey, relocating to
Maryland the next year. Always looking for a challenge and ways to help his patients, Dino went
from being a bedside nurse into a variety of management positions in healthcare. He is currently
the Vice President of Nursing and Patient Care Services at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center
and Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

Using his clinical and leadership skills at Levindale are only one part of Dino’s commitment to
health care. As President of the Philippine Nurses Association Maryland Chapter (PNAMC), he and
the organization are also dedicated to providing opportunities to enhance professional growth of
the Filipino-American nurses. The PNAMC networks with professional organizations and agencies
to develop and implement educational programs relevant to nursing practice, education and
research. It reviews and acts on legislation and public policies, promotes activities to unify
Filipino-American nurses in Maryland and collaborates with organizations and agencies- both in
the Philippines and United States- to facilitate the professional and cultural adjustment of Filipino-
American nurses in Maryland.

“I am often asked why I have been actively involved in different professional and community
organizations starting at a young age. My answer is simple – I was truly blessed, both
personally and professionally, early on in my life in America because of my vocation as a nurse
and my association in the Filipino community. Through my activities, I want to share that blessing
with the profession and community that has helped me become what I am become today.”
