Josef Quiroz, has been in the financial industry since 1987. Early in his career, he worked for a Big 8
Accounting and Tax Consulting Firm, as a Real Estate auditor and tax specialist. In 1990, Josef opened an
independent wealth management company specializing in mortgage banking, taxation, retirement planning,
and wealth building.
He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting with an
emphasis on taxation. Josef is a Certified Public Accountant, Licensed Mortgage Broker, Licensed Life &
Health Agent, and a prominent Mortgage Banker and Broker who has received many awards such as
“Entrepreneur of the Year” from Phil-Time USA magazine. Josef belongs to many organizations including
National Association of Fixed Annuities (NAFA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA),
and the Illinois Association of Mortgage Brokers (IAMB). He also sits on the Affiliate Board of the Chicago
Association of Realtors (CAR) the third largest in the U.S.,
Prior not for profits include the Planning Committee and Board of Directors for JHP Community Center
whose mission is to strengthen and develop positive and constructive life skills in children and in youth. In
addition, Josef and his company have supported numerous foundations and worthwhile causes to help
children.
Josef is the Founder and CEO of Key Financial Investment Company, a wealth building firm that has helped
thousands of families across the nation. Josef and his wife, Maricel, are currently focusing a large part of
their resources to help educate Filipino families to become homeowners and investors.
Look out for his first book, currently with a publisher, on making money in Real Estate titled, The Game.
