Born July 28, 1952, Detroit, Michigan; the second of four sons, to Gordon and Lorraine Gard. I share this
birthday with my Dad and with my granddaughter, Maegan. Married since 1980 to Eufrocina (“Procy”) D.
Gard, my best friend and traveling partner on this journey through life. Dad to Arleen, Arnold, Ami, Ariel, and
Casie. Granddad to Krystian, Brandon, Maegan, Madison, Joshua and Avery.
Graduated 1973 with honors, Justin Morrill College of Liberal Arts (minor in business administration)

Graduated 1977 (Juris Doctorate) John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois.
