    Ken, Senior Vice President of Lehman Brothers, Singapore.

The highest-ranking Filipino Executive in the United Nations System, he  resigned on
31 January 1993 to assume the position of Philippine Ambassador to Japan.

Appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the
Philippines to the Federal Republic of Austria in March 1980, he concurrently served
as Philippine Permanent Representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency
(IAEA) and to the United Nations International Development Organization (UNIDO),
both located in Vienna.
