Celebrating Birthday Party in the Nation’s Capital
WASHINGTON, Dec. 30 - Ms. Vicky Borbon Tagaza, formerly of Bacolod City and Manila hosted a
sumptuous dinner tonight at the Viet Royal Restaurant in Falls Church, Virginia. Attended by relatives
and close friends, Vicky’s three other sisters helped her celebrate her birthday and to welcome the
New Year. Coming all the way from Linden, New Jersey were Vic and Lida De Gracia and their
daughter Dianne Katherine of Linden, New Jersey; George and Jean O’Cana with their son, Jake from
Woodbridge, Virginia; Aldrin and Rhoda Ignacio with their Children Bianca and Daniel of Rockville,
Maryland; Jimmy and Virgie Bolalin, J.T. and Bellie Kaiaahue, Carlos Chacon; Charina Arreglo; Nonoy
and Aida Mendoza.#
