Psalm 102 Healing XIV -- from the Prayer Desk of Rev. Deacon Gary
Reflections:This pertain to some of us, when we face sickness and despair,
our days pass blindly and we don't care about even our basic needs. In
these times, God alone is our comfort and strength. Even when we are too
weak to fight, we can lean on him. It is often when we recognize our
weakness that God's greatest strength becomes available.
Psalm 102 from the Prayer Desk of Rev. Deacon Gary
Reflections:Let us recognize our weaknesses that God's greatest strength
becomes available. Trust him,
as you call for help.
Psalm 80 From the prayer desk of Rev. Deacon Gary
"The Sacrament of the Sick" can be administered anytime when one is ill
from sickness or advanced age. The Catholic Church, in fact wishes that the
Sacrament be not referred to as "Extreme Unction, in an effort to restore
its biblical character.

Psalm 5 -- from the Prayer Desk of Rev. Deacon Gary
God's Word was written to be studied, understood, and applied, and the
book of Psalms lends itself most directly to application. We understand the
psalms best when we "stand under" them and allow them to flow over us
like a rain shower. We may turn to Psalm looking for something, but sooner
or later we will meet Someone.

Some people succeed in everything they do, and they brag that no one, not
even our present government system will ever discover them. They amass

God's approval on a person's life; nor is lack of it a sign of God's approval.

Travesty: The Ampatuans Are Loaded With Alibis

WASHINGTON,D.C., Jan. 5 (PinoyGlobal) - From day one of their arrest the

These scions of that murderous clan (Ampatuan) do not deserve a
melodramatic climax after trashing our government in the eyes of the world
as a banana republic.

As we grow in our relationship with our Lord Jesus, we develop a desire to
life by his teaching. The depth of our eternal relationship with Jesus can
often be measured by the way we reflect on his precepts in our daily
activities. Remember words are powerful, it can make one appear good, and
it could even destroy his dignity and personality forever. Beware of what
you hear from the media. Not everything you hear is honest suggestion or

Nothing hurts more than a wound from a friend. At times friends may need
to lovingly confront you in order to help you, but betrayal truly hurts, and

This happens often with those married couples. They start sweet, but break
up bitter into separation and divorce. They leave their children also in
dismay with a lot of pain. They forget fidelity, till death do us part.

The engineering constructions of the great pyramids remain a mystery and
continue to challenge even the most brilliant mind up to the present. For
me the extraterestial influence is the divine revelations and inspiration
coming from the Father. What do you think?
Psalm 110 From the prayer desk of Rev. Deacon Gary
We have a good time in Egypt. We visited, on our first day, the 3 pyramids,
which is very tiresome getting through its winding corridors. We visited so
many temples and actually we passed those colossal columns with
hieroglyphics writing. Thanks to our guide who explained to us the history
of Egypt and those writtings on the walls and columns in hieroglyphics.
Psalm 42 From the prayer desk of Rev. Deacon Gary
Almost everywhere I went, I found some kind of relationship between
Ancient Egypt and the history of the Old Testament. During these ancient
times comparatively Egypt enjoyed a quiet and stable regime, which
provided security for its people. I just imagine Abraham with his wife Sarah
a very attractive lady, was abducted to the Pharaohs household, where
Abraham denied she was his wife but a sister. Also Joseph the son of Jacob
was sold to slavery to the Egyptian. In Egypt he rose to prominence
because he could interpret the Pharaoh's dream.
