Simbuyo Festival 2010
Simbuyo is a celebration of the Philippines’ rich culture and heritage on the
occasion of the commemoration of the country’s independence. Literally an
outburst of emotion, Simbuyo is symbolized by a flame in the tri-colors of
the Philippine flag, the fire that burns eternally from a clay pot on which is
inscribed the phrase “Mabuhay Pilipinas” in pre-colonial syllabary baybayin .

WASHINGTON,D.C., May 31 (PinoyGlobal) - Should it be comforting for
constituents that incumbent congressmen and senators are free to
frivolously run for elective offices without relinquishing their seats? Of
course not! What makes them special to deserve the extraordinary privilege
prejudicial to local officials who have to forfeit their positions before running
for another office? This practice smacks of unfairness!

Sex Education at Infancy Perverts a Child
                    06/04/2010      9:13 AM EDT
WASHINGTON,D.C., June 04 (PinoyGlobal) - Sex education for kindergarten
kids, as proposed by Health Secretary Esperanza Cabral, is like spoon-
feeding children pornography at such an early age. The teacher will have to
show the kids sex organs and explain what they are for. Words alone will
not suffice or sink into their innocent minds: she will have to demonstrate
the object itself to convey the message. That’s how preposterous the
suggestion is.

Philippine Senate: The Millionaires’ Club
                                               06/19/2010      6:20 PM EDT
WASHINGTON,D.C., June 19 (PinoyGlobal) - There is nothing wrong in being
a millionaire or even a billionaire.  It is the constituency that elect public
officials on the basis of their behind (money) that bothers us. Reforms can
be achieved not merely by deodorizing but by fumigating the whole
spectrum of government. This is possible only if the electorate choose men
with high moral standards, competent and dedicated.

WASHINGTON, DC - As early as March 2009, i issued a public statement that

WASHINGTON, DC - If we are to believe what Dai Montayre says and in the
series of emails that I will soon serialize here, Gloria Macapagal and Mike
Arroyo have won their golden parachute to subsequent exoneration and
continuing impunity under a Noynoy Aquino administration, despite the
zarzuela that is being painted by mainstream media of an apparent
animosity between the outgoing and incoming regimes.

Goodbye PGMA

100 Days to Slay Monster of Corruption

WASHINGTON,D.C., June 26 (PinoyGlobal) - Hopes are hopes and dreams

may take light-years to materialize, if that is possible. To expect president-
elect Benign “Noynoy” Aquino III to walk the talk of erasing the chronic
malady of corruption that ruined presidents before him, is asking for the
moon to turn silver tomorrow. It is as absurd as the fight that never was of
Mayweather vs. Pacquiao. It was fought through insulting press releases
not in the ring because Floyd hightailed like a cowering mouse.
