OPENING OF FIRST FILIPINO RESTAURANT IN MOSCOW

PH-014-09, 20 January 2009 --  Philippine Ambassador to Moscow and Mrs. Victor G. Garcia
III cut the ribbon during the opening ceremonies for the first Filipino restaurant in Moscow,
Wok Studio, located in the popular Tverskaya district. Wok Studio is managed by Filipino
executive chef Ronald Pangilinan, a long-time resident of Russia and owned by Russian State
Duma Deputy Edward Yanakov. END
