News Release from the Philippine Embassy

Philippine Embassy Washington DC Consular Outreach in Orlando, Florida

The Philippine Embassy in Washington D.C., in cooperation with the Council for Filipino American
Organizations in Central Florida will conduct a consular outreach program in Orlando, Florida on August 8,
2009, Saturday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. at the Orlando Marriott Downtown.

The Embassy’s consular team will accept and process applications for machine-readable passports, dual
citizenship, notarization of documents, registration of births and marriages, and registration of overseas
absentee voters for the 2010 national elections in the Philippines.

The outreach program will also include an oath-taking ceremony for individuals who will reacquire their
Filipino citizenship under the Dual Citizenship Law.

The Orlando Marriott Downtown is located at 400 West Livingston Street, Orlando, Florida 32801.
