NEW YORK, June 26, 2009 – Ernst & Young, the sponsor of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year
Award ® 2009, announced that JUNO Healthcare President, Dante Raul “DR” Teodoro and CEO, Nonette
Teodoro received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2009 Award in the Staffing Services
category in Metro New York. According to Ernst & Young LLP, the award recognizes outstanding
entrepreneurs who are building and leading dynamic, growing businesses. DR and Nonette Teodoro were
selected by an independent panel of judges, and the award was presented at a gala event at the Marriot
Marquis, Times Square, NY on Thursday, June 25th, 2009.
In his acceptance speech at the gala event, DR Teodoro said that “a lot of people ask us about our secret of
success, often times I answer them with the 3 P’s: Purpose, passion and perspiration.” He shared how
these principles has been the foundation of JUNO’s achievements and thanked God for the great things that
happened in the company. DR Teodoro and Nonette Teodoro or NT, as she is called by JUNO employees,
received the honor together and dedicated it to their one and only daughter, Charm.
The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year awards celebrate their 23rd anniversary this year. The
program honors entrepreneurs who have demonstrated exceptionality in such areas as innovation, financial
performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.

announced at the annual awards gala in Palm Springs, California on November 14, 2009. The awards are
the culminating event of the Ernst & Young Strategic Growth Forum, the nation’s most prestigious gathering
of high-growth, market-leading companies. The national US winner will participate in the global version of
the contest to be held in Monte Carlo, Monaco.

50 Outstanding Asian Americans in Business for 2009

NEW YORK, NY- Considered as the most distinguished award program for the Asian American business
community, Dante Raul “DR” Teodoro, Founder and President of JUNO Healthcare Staffing System, Inc. was
named one of the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business awardees of 2009 by the Asian American
Business Development Center (AABDC). According to the Center’s website, the awards program “honors

or who have distinguished themselves within their community. The award aims to recognize entrepreneurs,
business professionals, as well as corporate executives who contribute to the general economy.” DR will be
recognized as one of the “Outstanding 50” in a formal dinner ceremony on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at the
