Today is Wednesday 5th May 2010.
Being Adoptable and Flexible, it balances our physical, emotional and spirituality well being. Being able to adopt yourself in a more flexible attitude will truly make your life balance: physically, emotionally and even spiritually that lead you to a peaceful, fruitful life situation. In other words we are not immuned to the challenges in life. We have to carry ourselves in solving those problems by adopting,.. by being flexible to make your life easier, and have a friendlier relationship with others. Reflections: There are many ways to develop our adaptability and flexibility attitude in life. For me there is no job so difficult to handle, no person could be hard to deal with.
If you starts and create in your mind, ways of making the job easy, then you have to make yourself adoptable to the time, place and make yourself ready to handle the situation easy and productive.
The rule of Saint Benedict that is, prayer [higher awareness], work [self-development] and study [integrated learning], makes one's life balance. It lead to an integrated, healthy physical, emotional and even spiritual life. You don't have to join a religious community to have a well directed balance life. What you need,... is time to speculate on what you need to have it done,... meditates on how to do it, and ...gather all necessary materials to do it and all you know, everything comes easy.
Regardless of whatever professions you are in, it needs full-hearted preparations, prayer for guidance and perseverance, which with the Holy Spirit, the execution of your desire to succeed will be easy.
Antiphon Fill me with your praise and I will sing your glory; song of joy will be on my lips, alleluia. My brothers and sisters in Christ, Good Morning! To prepare ourselves for today's journey, lets call to mind our sins, and ask God for forgiveness for he is full of gentleness and compassion.
Lord have mercy.............Lord have mercy. Christ have mercy.................Christ have mercy. Lord have mercy..............Lord have mercy
May the good Lord have mercy on us, forgive our sins and lead us to life everlasting, Amen
Psalm 36 To both man and beast you give protection. O Lord, how precious is your love. My God, the sons of men find refuge in the shelter of your wings.
Psalm prayer Lord you are the source of unfailing light. Give us true knowledge of your mercy so that we may renounce our pride and be filled with the riches of your house, Amen.
Almighty Father, remember all our relatives and friends who have died, bring them to heaven. May your presence, light, happiness and peace be with them always. Amen
Lord Jesus, have mercy and compassion on our relatives and friends who are presently suffering from known malady especially Sister Rosario, Nonoy Mendoza, Rodolfo Clemente and all those who ask me to pray for them. Amen
Holy Spirit giver of life, power and wisdom, be our guide and guard us from harm, Amen OL Barangay, pray for us, and all who call upon thee. Amen
Gospel reflections; John 15:1-8 I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. He cut off every branch in me that bears no fruit.
If I am a branch of the vine, I am expected to produce plenty of grapes through dedicated evangelizing, so that I will be productive for God and therefore appreciates the talents in me.
Say one "Our Father and Hail Mary" for our own intentions and the healing intention of this prayers.
Have a nice day, Deacon Gary
