Conflict
where does it goes?
Conflict is a difference in opinion or purpose.
It can be a sign of health.
it can be a catalyst for health.
Acts 15:36-40
Some time later Paul said to Barnabas, "Let us go back and visit the brothers in all the towns where we
preached the word of the Lord and see how they are doing." Barnabas wanted to take John also called
Mark, with them, but Paul did not think it wise to take him, because he had deserted them in Pamphylia and
had not continued with them in the work.
They had such a sharp disagreement that they parted company. Barnabas took Mark and sailed for Cyprus,
but Paul chose Silas and left, commended by the brothers to the grace of the Lord, He went through Syria
and Cilicia, strengthening the churches.
Reflections:
Paul and Barnabas disagreed (conflict) sharply over Mark. Paul didn't want to take him along because he
had left them earlier. This disagreement caused the two great preachers to form two groups, forming two
missionary vision instead of one together.
Truly God works even through conflict and disagreements. Problems can be solved by agreeing to disagree
and letting God works his will. The result of the split makes evangelizing more widespread. This has been
happening with many ethnic organizations, causing split in friendship, but the end results could be a healthy
outcome.

To prepare ourselves for today's journey, lets call to mind our sins and ask God for forgiveness for he is full
of gentleness and compassion.

Lord have mercy................ Lord have mercy.
May the Almighty God, have mercy on us, forgive our sins, and lead us to life everlasting, Amen.

Your ways, O God, are holy.
What god is great as our God?
You are the God who works wonders.
You showed your power among the peoples.
Your strong arm redeemed your people,
the sons of Jacob and Joseph.
Psalm prayer
Father, you established your ancient covenant by signs and wonders, but more wondrously you confirmed
the new one through the sacrifice of your Son. Guide your Church through the pathways of life, that we may
be led to the land of promise and celebrate your name with lasting praise. Amen.
Almighty Father, remember all our relatives and friends who have died. Bring them all to your abode, and let
your presence bring light, happiness and peace. Amen
Lord Jesus, be compassionate with Sister Rosario, Rodolfo Clemente and Nonoy Mendoza,
Heal them both on the physical and spiritual wholeness. Relieve their fears, pains and anxieties, Amen.
Holy Spirit giver of life, power and wisdom, be our guide, and guard us from harm. Amen

Reflections:
John 16: 12-15
"I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear. But when he, the Spirit of truth comes, he will
guide you into all truth."
The truth into which the Holy Spirit guides us is the truth about Jesus Christ. The Spirit also helps, through
patient practice and discern right from wrong.
Say one "Our Father and Hail Mary" for our own intentions and the healing intentions of this prayers.
