Apila ng ampatuan hindi ok sa korte
 
Tinanggihan ni QC RTC Branch 221 Presiding Judge Jocelyn Solis Reyes ang kahilingan ng kampo ni
Maguindanao massacre suspek Zaldy Ampatuan na itago sa publiko ang kanyang medical records dahil sa
kawalan nito ng merito.



Sa inilabas na dalawang pahinang kautusan ni Judge Reyes, sinabi nitong hindi maaring iginiit ni Zaldy
Ampatuan ang physician-patient privilege dahil akusado siya sa kasong criminal.



Ayon sa huwes, hindi umano maaring maibigay ang naturang pribilehiyo dahil sa kasong sibil lamang ito
maaring magamit hindi sa kasong criminal kung kaya ang medical records ni Ampatuan ay hindi maituturing
na konpidensiyal.



Matatandaang hiniling ng abogado ni Zaldy Ampatuan na si Atty. Redemberto Villanueva sa korte na itago sa
publiko ang kanyang medical records matapos na magkaroon umano ng ‘media circus’ sa medical at
psychiatric evaluation ng dating gobernador.



Samantala, inatasan rin ni Judge Solis-Reyes si Zaldy Ampatuan na bigyan ang korte ng kopya ng resulta ng
kanyang medical examination noong Mayo a-20



Ibinasura din ng korte ang kahilingan ng prosekusyon na ilantad ang pagkatao at kwalipikasyon ng
manggagamot na tumingin sa dating gobernador.
