Crisis of Sovereignty Series 03 - Smoking Gun There Was No 2010 Election
Whatsoever

Smoking Gun There Was No 2010 Election Whatsoever
Hackers and Smartmatic chose our Leaders, Not the Filipino People

Try explaining to your computer-savvy son or daughter, why you did nothing and sold out his and her future to
acquiescence, after you have read this posting. If you blood is not boiling by now, have your doctor check you
out, you may be sick of at least a denial syndrome.

Nelson Celis, President of the Philippine Computer Society, assisting the IT Teams of the House, Senate
and Comelec doing a forensic on the PCOS machines in Antipolo, has found out that the PCOS machines
have programs that do not correspond to the official PCOS program escrowed in Central Bank.

THIS CATEGORICALLY SHOWS THAT THESE PCOS MACHINES WERE PROGRAMMED TO DO OTHER
THINGS THAN WHAT WAS ORIGINALLY INTENDED.

The Philippine mainstream media also does not report this. In fact, the Philippine Star even headlined
recently in big bold letters - "Hocus Pcos, not possible!"

Now what are you going to do about it?

60 PCOS machines analyzed

The Senate subjected to forensic examination and analysis on Friday the 60 Precinct Count Optical Scan
(PCOS) machines said to have been used for electoral fraud.

The PCOS machines were initially found stacked at the home of a Smartmatic official in Antipolo City before
the Commission on Elections (Comelec) ordered it to be transferred to the Senate for safekeeping and
further investigation.

The Joint Congressional Canvassing Committee had ordered for the perusal of the PCOS machines to
determine if they were used to rig the results of the May 2010 automated elections.

But the examination was postponed after Commission on Elections (Comelec) officials and members of the
Philippine Computer Society (PCS) disputed on the missing source code which is supposedly needed to
access the internal memory of the PCOS machines.

Nelson Celis, PCS president, insisted that the source code of the PCOS should be disclosed to them. The
source code is essential to ensure that the Compact Flash Cards (CFC) are not altered.

They insisted that the source code be retrieved from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) where it was kept
in a vault for safekeeping.

But a Comelec official refused saying it would need a Comelec resolution before the source code is
released.

This irked Toti Casino, also a consultant of PCS, pointing out that the source codes should have been
disclosed to them to ascertain the veracity of CFCs used in the PCOS machines.
