The 30th Santacruzan is on its way!
The longest running Santacruzan (since 1978) is organized by the Catholic Action of Mary (CAM)
of the Parish of the Resurrection, downtown Jersey City, New Jersey.
The Santacruzan Presentation Ball will be held on May 10th at The Sheraton, Newark.
The Santacruzan Procession, Street Fair and Entertainment will be held on May 25th at St. Mary
Church, Parish of the Resurrection, Jersey City.
CAM has a new set of officers for years 2007-2009, and they are the following:
Ledy Velez, President; Luz Burke and Joey Mayo, Exec VP; Marilou Songco, VP-St. Bridget; Carol
Dorico, VP-St.Mary's; Lydia Aro,VP-St.Michael's; Daisy Deleste,VP-St. Peter; Jean Danie,

The CAM through its activities has contributed the celebration of several Filipino traditions to
the rich multi-ethnic fabric of the whole community in our area as well as funds for the parish.
The 30th Santacruzan is being planned to be a very special celebration than usual. Everyone of
all ages is invited and welcome to celebrate and participate in any one of our more treasured
